  Immersion Programme 2010  (17-18-19/08/2010)

Nuevamente este año, los alumnos de 5to y 6to grado participaron del Immersion Programme, una colonia de inmersión en inglés a cargo de instructores nativos en la que los participantes se “sumergen” en una comunidad de habla inglesa con el objetivo de ejercitar y consolidar sus conocimientos del idioma...

Este año, la temática recreada fue The Kingdom of Camelot: La Leyenda del Rey Arturo y los chicos participaron en infinitas actividades culturales, sociales, deportivas y recreativas de esos tiempos.
Durante los tres días que duró el programa, los alumnos estuvieron junto a sus docentes y directivos, alojados en un complejo a 50 km de la ciudad de Rosario, un lugar especialmente ambientado y diseñado para cubrir las necesidades del proyecto.
Ahora queremos compartir la experiencia con ustedes…

We went to Rosario in August to have a camp. The Immersion Programme was great. It was very nice to talk with native speakers. There was a feast at night and we ate chicken with our hands! Everything was great: the rooms, the activities, the group and the food.

When I went to the camp I did a lot of things. We played a lot of games, kick-ball and football. It was very funny. I recommend you to take your daughters and sons there. We sang a lot and danced a lot, too. We ate a lot of delicious food. We had a gala night. We had to wear Medieval times’ clothing and it was very very very funny. I slept very well. You have to go. Believe me!

I loved the Immersion Programme!!! It was fantastic! It looked like three days in Camelot. It looked real. Our own passports, going through Customs, the shop... The Counsellors were very cool. We loved the special night and we learned a lot of English!!!
